          Tours are conducted in one language selected at booking, and the meeting point is listed on your voucher (not on Wawel Hill).

          A dress code applies in places of worship and selected museums: knees and shoulders must be covered.

          The Salt Mine temperature is 14–16°C, so warm clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended.

          The visit to the Salt Mine is conducted by a licensed in-house guide, with only a driver escort during transfers. 

          The mine tour  includes extensive walking and stairs; it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or claustrophobia.

          Students must present a valid student ID to receive a youth discount.

          What to bring

            A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
