Your adventure begins at the iconic Hala Targowa, a traditional market cherished by locals. Here you’ll sample true Polish classics: smoky sausage, regional cheeses, handmade pierogi, crunchy ogórki kiszone, and a sweet treat rooted in home-style Polish tradition.

Plac Nowy | 1 hour 30 minutes

After experiencing the market’s lively atmosphere, your guide will lead you into the heart of Kazimierz for one of Kraków’s most legendary street foods — the famous zapiekanka, a warm, crispy favorite enjoyed for generations.

The journey continues in a retro, communist-style bar, where you’ll taste classic Polish zakąski. Expect hearty bigos, rich smalec served with bread and pickles, and traditional maczanka — one of Kraków’s oldest specialties. The experience is completed with a tasting of traditional Polish vodka.
